Hunting Gathering\Military Terminology. It must be said, that in my opinion, the term used for our ancestors cooking tips etc. Hunting Gathering is wrong, and Militarist Terminology. Take for example the Apache North American Indians, from their Tepee's, and how the women generally stayed at home and locally gathering while the men would go out and follow the 3 and a half million Buffalo as the herds mingled in their annual route up and down the mid west each year. (I propose byways to be set up to allow the 30 thousand left to continue their pilgrimage... way of life (as soon as the United Steaks is ready) The Apache men would walk around until they found an old one dying and follow "respectfully" or perhaps more often find one already just dead and its herd mates, fellow buffalo had said good bye. The Apache would thank the great Buffalo Spirit before carrying it home to the Tepee's . This is clearly a misunderstanding or mistranslation from old of the term "hunting" more like "Collecting and Gathering" (WX 14/03/007) I'd have thought so anyway. WX 14/3/007 Stephen Hawkins Black hole, vs. WX August 2006It appears to me that the black holes in space are what's left over after "A" big bang. Though not a vacuum, they still look like holes. One of the oldest Astronomical sayings I've heard is "So above as below" Ref. the Bible. Short and sweet, but says a lot, to look upon the cosmos & then into microscopes at atoms etc. is similar, though opposite in scale. In much the same way as when atoms are pushed together, I propose that when suns and galaxies get too compacted (as in the centre of Milky Way), the close proximity of these systems with their gravities etc., collide and cause damage to each other, resulting in a big bang, sending debris (rocks and gas clouds etc.) hurtling around, whereas a Sun like ours could catch them in its gravitational field. (For example, turning huge spread out gas clouds into neat spherical balls, by its revolving rolling motion around the Sun, just like Saturn and Jupiter). At this point in time, it might be right to point out that the most recent and local to us big bang would drown out any others preceeding it, at least as regards the measuring equipment presently available, to my knowledge. I propose that the so-called black holes have expelled and not sucked in, though I propose that after a while the black hole space would start to fill up again, causing it to appear like sucking in. In my opinion the Universe is expanding generally but shrinking at centres, like suns and milky way centres. Though, of course, our human observation not having been long enough to tell the difference.

Plus where are the military strategic planners of the cold war, who should now pop up & say the national grid would be a lot safer under attack, if it diversified its Input, rather than narrowed it, i.e. thousands of small generating units, utilizing a wide range of methods to generate power, is clearly better than a handful of nuclear targets. I ask were are the independent economists on this one, because the ratio between the nuclear industry’s input, as regards the development of new technology is limited, to the extreme, when compared to the threshold we stand on other wise, the money would be better spent creating a wave of optimism among inventors, as well as investors & the general public, boosting the populations trust in the leadership of the G8 & the planets future. The amount of so called waste wood, carelessly burnt or land filled in the UK much of it from building sites & furniture factory’s, along with so called waste straw from farms could power lots of clean & cheap electric generating units. The methane gas that escapes & is wasted, from sewage works, with only a small amount used to power the pumps & lights of the sewage works, for example the London sewage system could easily power the under ground train system, or street lights of London. All it requires is the construction of domes over the sewage works To capture the gas, this is a cheap way, & a tried & tested method, but still with room for improvement, remember the short-lived Victorian methane gas streetlights, beset with pressure problems. The capturing & controlling of this massive waste of energy would also help to control our reliance on imported gas, & more importantly slow Global Worming. It certainly appears were missing the boat, as regards tidal or wave power, As a race, were drowning not waving, Even river power generating is stalled with no major breakthroughs other than dams. Methanol a clean fuel used by millions of lorry’s & cars in Brazil is banned in the rest of the world, to protect the oil investments, this ban puts a massive strain on the world & means methanol/ wood alcohol, which can be made out of waste straw, tree bark, sawdust etc, is another wasted resource & straw is burnt in the fields & bark & twigs in the forests as waste. The nimbyism shown against the look of wind farms, is short sited, as their likely to be largely re-placed in 20 years time, most likely, in this country by invisible,ish tidal power. concerned with Energy Supply & Distribution, using the I suggest the
money proposed for up to 30 New Nuclear Power stations Lots of alternatives exist. Tesla's system for electricity use, The alternating current, supplied via a national grid is about 100 years old, he invented this early in his life, (as a young man) later in his life, he invented 3 other major systems, but because he was plagiarised & cheated out of his earlier rewards, (probably by Rockefeller amongst others), He kept his latter discoveries en-coded, only describing them in general terms. These for the most part he took to his grave. Hounded to the end. To my knowledge, no serious attempts to replicate his latter methods, (considered far superior by him) have been made, largely because of his codes, known only to him. His final papers are apparently sealed in the C.I.A. vaults gathering dust, their being no one at the C.I.A. authoritative enough to look at them. In the absence of this information we will, at present continue, in the young Tesla's footsteps. At least One third of Britain’s electricity is wasted because of the over emphasis on Tesla's 1890,s use of the National Grid as a Mainstay instead of as back up. (even the “worlds greatest electrician” rejected this method, later in life). My proposal is to largely decentralise power generation, using the Nat/Grid only as back up, and to generate most electricity very locally & fairly locally, with some strategically placed Large Capacity Generating Units always on stand–by to supply the grid, for example, during heavy cloud cover, combined with a shortage of wind & high demand. This country hardly uses its Bio-Fuel potential, which could be utilised within 7-10 years, Willow growing & burning amongst many other fast growing & hot burning crops, as well as waste wood & bark from forests, parks, building sites, saw mills, skips, recycled cardboard etc. burnt in incinerators with filters & near or just out side towns etc. this method with the right filters is much cleaner than coal & should not be mistaken for the polluting incineration (of rubbish) plants. This country also hardly uses one of its, other Bio-Fuels, Methanol also known as wood alcohol. This runs cars & trucks the same as petrol or diesel, just adjust the carburettor for cars, & The German inventor Mr Diesel originally invented his diesels to run on sunflower oil, but he passed away & his idea was taken over by Mr Rockefeller & supplied by his Texan oil wells. Methanol is made from sawdust wood bark, twigs, Straw, Left over from wheat production amongst other sources. This country hardly uses Bio-Heat, for example from compost to heat buildings. In city’s & the countryside. This country doesn’t have a coherent energy conservation strategy with teeth. That also works within the Council Planning Departments. Massive energy savings could be made, via insulation & building design regulation or de-regulation. Propelled by grants & guidelines. Burn-off from factory’s & re-use of heat waste has massive potential. Also the T.V. adds of recent years are starting to have an effect & should be continued, (turn off lights etc). This country hardly uses its Wind Power potential, which could be up & running within about 5 years, if government has the courage to take on the Nimbies, who should be educated via the media, that most on-land Wind Turbines, are only temporary & will not bring down the long term prices of their houses etc. anyway the environments at stake, so who might be left to buy them. I propose the large scale use of them “on land” mainly as a stop gap, for perhaps the next 20 years, to be phased out as other power units come on line. Where-as the sea based Wind Power Units could have a much longer life. This country does not use its considerable Wave Power Potential, Which if all the stops were pulled out, including generous financing, could & would be a main supply to the national grid, but mostly supplying coastal city’s, for example, The Severn estuary, Alone could supply, Avon mouth, Bristol, Cardiff, Bath, Port Talbot, etc. Hull estuary’s a similar story, with Edinburgh, Glasgow, Liverpool & east London also, the British isles with its many sea-side towns & city’s could within 10 years start to seriously tap into this cheap electricity. This country hardly uses its, Rivers & canals for anything, let alone for electricity production, apart from Welsh & Scottish dams, which is mostly wasted on long distance export via the national grid. This country hardly at all uses its considerable Methane Gas Supply Potential, at least 15% of electricity & heat could be supplied in this way, & its easy to set up this proven method, which could easily start to be up & running within 7 years. Solar Power Research is chronically under-funded & investment needed, urgently. Solar Power even as it stands could copy Germany & Provide 5% of our electricity minimum. Though in this country large scale units might be of less use than lots of small units on roof tops, making hot water for radiators & water taps etc. as well as electricity. Electricity that doesn’t have to travel & is their-for about a third more efficient. “Combined Central Heating Units”, using “Solar Generated Hot Water & Heat” from the roof could reduce Bills, especially in combination with Double Glassing & Insulation in old buildings, as well as stricter “Design Guidelines” in new & re-furbished buildings. I’ve been thinking, & studying this for 25 years & Maintain that if the “big money” went this way, Within 10 years or so a massive over supply of at least 100% could start to materialise, without the use of New-clear/coal/oil or what's known as Natural Gas, though it would be a good idea to keep Gas & Oil Powered Plants for the next 15 years as back up, wile new system is set up. Also despite the emphasis on “Local Power Supply” we should not dismantle the national grid. Though its capacity could be reduced, perhaps appeasing some of the “Nimbi Army” with the smaller pylons & less of them. Plus a reduction of Positive Ions, Improving Health. All in all, my proposal amounts to a Bonanza for Investors, though this should be ring fenced and initiated by “Central Government Grants”. Perhaps a system could be devised for investors, where-by a central money pool is brought into existence, with private & government money, so as to make it more attractive to investors, as theirs so many leads to follow, it might work to bet as it were, on all the horses in the race, so the winnings are shared, over time. Just like the losses. To make it practical New clear & Coal would have to be excluded. As the loses are too high, with (Nuclear) as are the risks impossible to insure against in the private sector. My proposals in no way threaten the security of the country, as they strengthen electricity supply in as in a Nuclear War Situation, also Weapons Grade Nuclear Material could still be sourced from the United States as well as Windscale. Astronomic Theory by Mr Willy X 12.6.2006 The other day, after talking about Mr Stephen Hawkins( Understanding of the Earth & the effect of the Suns gravitation on us & the surrounding planets, it came to me, that in the case of Jupiter & Saturn, these huge gas clouds, must, upon having been caught in the Suns gravitational field(probably previously being the debris of “one of” the big bangs)as they were brought around and around time and again, they gradually stopped being lose spread gas clouds,(perhaps, not unlike our vapour/rain clouds in shapes)and turned into Balls of gas instead, due largely to the rolling motions of the suns gravitational “pull” over a long period of time. Not wishing to disagree with Mr Hawkins, but rather compliment most of his work. We are trapped in this solar system, for better or worse…………. Mr Willy X 12.6.2006 |
